Office of Disciplinary Prosecutor (ODP), has ex officio carried out verification of allegations that Dragana Đerić Cerović, judge at the Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša, in the application form for the position of judge submitted to the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council BiH (HJPCBiH), provided false, incomplete and misleading information. 

Having completed the investigation, ODP found that allegations were unfounded and there was no basis for instigation of disciplinary procedure, therefore, this case was closed.

May we remind you that competence of the ODP does not include criminal investigations since they fall within competence of relevant judicial institutions – competent prosecutors’ offices. Therefore, the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council BiH (HJPCBiH),  in the Section VII "Temporary suspension of judges and prosecutors from duty till completion of  a criminal case, disciplinary procedure or dismissal procedure" prescribes reasons for which a judge or prosecutor must or may be removed from duty. Under circumstances provided for by the law, the ODP shall, without fail, take necessary measures.
